1. Where we ship We ship to addresses within New Zealand and Australia.

2. Shipping costs Shipping is free on all orders within New Zealand. Orders to Australia have a flat shipping fee of NZ$9.99 shown at checkout.

3. Processing and delivery times Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Because our products ship from an overseas fulfilment partner, delivery usually takes 8-12 business days from when you order for New Zealand, and a little longer for Australia. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs, carrier issues, weather or busy periods outside our control.

4. Tracking We'll email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

5. Customs, duties and taxes Orders ship from overseas and may go through customs. Any applicable duties or taxes are included in your order total at checkout.

6. Incorrect addresses Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can change an address only before the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided, or for parcels returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.

7. Lost, delayed or damaged orders If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of ordering, or arrives damaged, email us at JreamBabyCo@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, photos. We'll investigate and resolve it in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
