Shipping and delivery

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within New Zealand. Orders to Australia are a flat NZ$9.99.

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in about 8 to 12 business days. Australia can take a little longer.

Why does delivery take a week or two?
Our products ship from an overseas fulfilment partner, which helps us keep prices friendly and shipping free in NZ.

How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start showing updates.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.

Returns and refunds

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act always apply.

Can I return something if I change my mind?
We don't offer change-of-mind returns, so please check descriptions and options carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Products and safety

Are your products safe for babies?
We choose products with gentle materials and simple, sensible designs, and every product page includes safety notes. Always read them and supervise your little one.

Can I use the pram liner in a car seat?
No. The pram liner is for prams and strollers only. Car seat add-ons aren't crash-tested.

My baby seems unwell. Can your products help?
Our products are everyday helpers, not medical devices. If you're worried about your baby's health, please see your GP, midwife or Plunket nurse, or call Healthline on 0800 611 116.

Payments

How can I pay?
We accept major credit and debit cards, plus any other options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely, and we never see your full card details.

Are prices in NZ dollars?
Yes, all prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
